Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible And should be with you
within 5 days. If items are out of stock dispatch may be slightly delayed, but
you will be informed if this is the case and a refund offered if required. For
Christmas orders we suggest you order as soon as possible to help ease the
Christmas rush!
Post and Packaging
There is a flat rate postage fee of £3.95 within the UK. Postage on orders over
£45 is free. (Mainland UK Only) For orders outside the UK please tick the
checkbox at the checkout page. We will then contact you as soon as possible
informing you of the full amount including delivery. You are under no obligation
to continue the purchase until you have accepted the delivery rate.
Returns Policy and Guarantee
Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. You have a right to cancel
your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods, without reason. If you
cancel your order within 7 days we will return your money within 30 days of
cancellation.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items
(customer's statutory rights not affected).
Returned items must be in their original packing. Please note that we are not
responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is
non-refundable.
For damaged goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage
costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your return postage
costs.
When returning goods please quote our reference number as shown on the delivery
note. You may put a cover note in with your returned item, or return the item
and send your query via e-mail to:

We also suggest you use registered post, as we cannot be responsible for goods
that fail to reach us.

that also extends to our customer service. We will endeavour to reply to your
complaint within one working day and inform you of what action shall be taken.
