How do I order online?

To order online browse through our range of toys, and when you see a item you want simply click "Add to Cart." To view or modify your cart at any time click on "View Cart." Once all the items you've chosen have been added to the cart click on "Checkout" where you'll be guided through the payment procedure.

How do I order by Phone or Post?

To order by phone you can either follow the above procedure and at checkout select "Credit Card (Phone)" as your payment method then follow the on screen instructions. Alternatively telephone 0161 432 5705 and quote the Item Numbers of the products you wish to purchase.

To Order by post again you can follow the "order online" procedure, select "Cheque/Postal Order" as your payment method at Checkout, then follow the on-screen instructions.

Deliveries & Shipping

How much is Delivery?
We charge a flat rate of only £3.95 and delivery is free on orders over £45 (Mainland UK Only)

How long does Delivery take?
Delivery usually takes no longer than 2 days normally but can take up to 5 days. If it's likely to take much longer we will inform you via email or telephone.

Do you accept orders outside the UK?
We do accept orders from overseas; the only difference is that the delivery fee will be calculated before the order is processed. You will receive an email with your order details and the postage fee. Once you accept this, the order will be processed.

If you are paying by cheque please do not dispatch your payment until you have been contacted regarding the postage fee. (This applies to orders outside the UK only).
